Jørgen Carstensen specializes in advising business clients, particularly on corporate restructuring, company formation, and the general legal problems that businesses encounter.

Jørgen assists lessees and lessors in drawing up lease agreements and in resolving disputes before rent boards and courts of law. He can provide advice on both residential and commercial leases. He also represents clients in the purchase and sale of real estate, whether it involves private properties (including single-family homes, condominiums, and vacation homes), commercial properties, industrial properties, or rental properties (both commercial and residential).

For a number of years, Jørgen worked as an attorney for an insurance company, and now he assists clients in cases involving insurance companies. In addition, he helps clients in drawing up wills and administering the estates of deceased persons.
