Renewable energy sources, notably wind power, comprise an increasing share of  overall energy production in many countries.

Such sources entail major investments – and can result in attractive yields. But renewable energy is a complex area, due partly to the interplay of the many elements involved (from wind volumes to utility network conditions), and partly to frequently changing laws and regulations.

In recent years, LOU has advised clients on the purchase, sale, and establishment of wind farms and individual wind turbines in Denmark, Germany, and Poland.
